An analysis suggests that XRP has entered a full-fledged breakout phase after ending its prolonged consolidation, driven by strong accumulation by whale investors and technical rebound signals.
According to cryptocurrency media outlet BeInCrypto on March 8 (local time), XRP has recently been gaining upward momentum based on concentrated buying by whales—large-scale investors. On-chain data analysis shows that holdings in large addresses containing between 1 million and 10 million XRP have surged sharply over the past week, creating a supply shortage in the market and acting as a powerful catalyst for price appreciation.
Technical indicators are also flashing positive signals across the board. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is drawing a gradual upward curve before entering overbought territory, suggesting there is ample room for further gains. Open interest has also been rising, confirming that substantial new capital is flowing into the market.
