An analysis suggests that as technical volatility expands, Bitcoin (BTC) must hold the key support level of $63,111 to determine its future direction.

According to NewsBTC, analyst Ali Martinez cited on-chain data, diagnosing that Bitcoin’s support is being tested at the current price range. Martinez emphasized that approximately 1.14 million addresses purchased 590,000 BTC around the $63,111 level, highlighting that this price zone serves as a strong psychological and technical support for the market.

The Market Value to Realized Value (MVRV) indicator also suggests that Bitcoin is at a critical inflection point. Bitcoin’s current MVRV ratio stands at 1.94, historically aligning with the threshold that separates bull markets from correction phases. If the $63,111 support level collapses, analysts warn that Bitcoin could open the door to further declines toward $58,000 or even $52,000.

The recent price drop is interpreted as a result of geopolitical risks, including escalating military tensions between the United States and Iran, directly exerting downward pressure on the digital asset market. Amid the Middle East crisis, Bitcoin was classified as a risk asset and experienced temporary capital outflows. However, efforts continue to establish downside resilience in the low $63,000 range, where substantial buying interest is concentrated.

Martinez projected that whether this support level holds will determine if a short-term rally resumes or if the market enters a deeper correction phase. Investors are advised to closely monitor both a potential break below the support level and changes in the MVRV indicator. If Bitcoin successfully defends this zone, the market may regain momentum to attempt a breakout above $70,000 once again.
